......To enjoy a yummy hot chocolate with the littlies after an exhausting shopping expedition..
It's very easy to make, just add about a handful of good chocolate (pieces or bits) to about a cup of milk, heat it up in a saucepan, then pour into your favourite cup (makes it more special).
Pour some whipping cream, about 1/4 of a cup into a bowl with a teaspoon of icing sugar & whisk till it slightly thickens.
Then pour over your hot chocolate & sprinkle on some cocoa powder if you like.

Looks and sounds delicious! It is the perfect night for hot chocolate here, with a storm raging outside and us all toasty and warm by the fire inside. Let's hope I've got some chocolate here somewhere.

Oh goodness! It's the dead of summer here, but you have me longing for hot cocoa. And you do it just like I would. No powders here! Ahhh. Well, I'll just have to wait til the weather cools (at least a bit) to indulge.
